Courses are the organising spine: every note, reference, assignment and logged hour hangs off a module, so the end of term is a matter of reading what is already there rather than reconstructing it.

The roadmap is published alongside the product and says plainly what ships today and what does not. Recordings, handwriting and collaboration are designed for — the schema anticipates them — and deliberately not faked.
